Description: Construction Industry Solutions, Inc. (COINS) a software developer, a leading provider of ISD (civil and geospatial) solutions, BSD (Architectural and MEP) solutions and an Autodesk Authorized Training Center is seeking an Outside Account Manager. The Outside Account Manager focuses on a core, medium-sized customer base and is responsible for the sale of products and services in defined accounts, a specific industry or a defined territory. The Outside Account Manager consistently meets sales quota assignments under the supervision of sales management. He or she is self-motivated and skilled in the sales process. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing account plans. Handling current accounts and expanding the business level. Knowing and understanding competitors’ strategies, strengths and weaknesses. Providing price quotations that meet customers expectations. Developing new accounts. Handling key company accounts in defined territories. Providing customers with technical support and product and service information. Recognizing customers’ potential for Strategic Level qualifications and directing to Strategic Account Managers attention.
Required Skills: Ability to develop partnerships with existing medium-sized customers. Closing skills. Familiarity with the Strategic Selling process. Forecasting ability. Time and territory management skills.
